We provide a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition. This includes being unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was sent. This ensures we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for returns if you change your mind. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the respective product pages. If you have any concerns or questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out to us.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
